Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a qualified Production Engineer to oversee equipment and machines on Assembly Lines. The role involves maximizing efficiency, developing inspection processes, project planning, troubleshooting, and employee education, requiring strong communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Modify equipment or processes to maximize efficiency
• Develop and draft new inspection processes
• Prepare layouts for new process, select appropriate machinery
• Review and plan projects from concept to stabilization
• Diagnose equipment breakdown and troubleshoot problems
• Educate employees on machinery operation
• Communicate with vendors for materials and equipment
• Adhere to safety rules

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Engineering Technology
• Knowledge of systems, robotics, tools, and equipment
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with CAD Software
• Knowledge of Computer or Machine Learning Techniques
• Excellent communication skills
• Engineering aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain vendor and client relationships
• Bilingual (English and Korean)
