LG Electronics is seeking a Paint Assistant Manager to ensure production support, improve productivity and quality, and lead a high-performance team. This role involves maintaining inventory, implementing continuous improvement strategies, and fostering a safe and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sufficient inventory levels

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related field
• 7-10 years of management experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of complex equipment production
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and Six Sigma lean manufacturing
• Technical problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience with metal stamps, injection mold, and paint systems preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Knowledge of machine capabilities and efficiencies
