LG Electronics is seeking an OQC/DQA Part Leader to design and revise quality control inspections, analyze production samples, and lead a team to ensure product quality and adherence to ethical standards. This role involves monitoring quality control systems, communicating findings, and promoting a safe and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Designs and revises OQC/DQA inspections and test manuals
• Decides product shipment based on OQC results
• Collects and analyzes production samples
• Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback
• Stops production for serious defects
• Monitors quality control system performance
• Communicates quality control information
• Instructs staff in quality control procedures
• Produces quality reports
• Manages Field Quality Assurance
• Leads and develops a high-performance team
• Increases employee satisfaction
• Trains and coaches team in Jeong Do Management Principles
• Conducts employee evaluations
• Achieves team targets
• Manages yearly budget
• Aligns Innovation team to reduce labor expense
• Promotes a safe working environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 5-7 years of management experience
• 2+ years of outgoing quality assurance experience
• 2+ years of development quality assurance experience
• CQE, CRE, or 6 Sigma Belt preferred
• Occasional international travel
