Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a bilingual (English & Korean) individual to join their Smart Factory Team as an AGV Associate in Clarksville, TN. This role focuses on in-house logistics, intelligent solution development, and managing the production system for smooth operation and DX advancement.

Responsibilities

• On-site support for idle work issues
• Designing layout changes for the Tennessee plant
• AGV & AMR operation improvement and analysis
• Understanding and operating AGV systems (ACS & MCS, Digital twin)
• Managing Team and Personal KPIs
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Conducting DX projects
• Handling basic tasks (purchasing, asset management, safety)
• Supporting team tasks (deport layout, inventory, 5S)

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a plant with 300+ employees
• Engineering degree preferred, relevant experience considered
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, CAD)
• Good communication skills with AGV & ACS developers
• Bilingual in English & Korean
