Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Solar Customer Support Specialist to handle customer support, basic triage for solar technical issues, and assist with internal/external audits. This role manages service cases, processes RMAs, prepares reports, supports training, and handles warranty inquiries, acting as a liaison between teams and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor solar service cases
  • Create and track tickets in Zendesk and GSFS
  • Coordinate escalations with HQ
  • Process RMA requests
  • Prepare weekly reports on inventory, case logs, and swap transactions
  • Support training and onboarding for new hires
  • Handle CAC/CL warranty and claim inquiries

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years in customer service support, including 2+ years in a team lead role
  • Experience in the solar industry strongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Zendesk
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
