LG Electronics is seeking a Korean Bilingual Sr. Financial Analyst to spearhead the analysis of customer service data, translating complex information into actionable strategies that influence operational improvements and executive decision-making. This role requires a self-starter with a proven ability to identify critical business variables, develop proactive tactical responses, and elevate customer service through advanced forecasting methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cost/benefit and break-even analysis
• Build and improve accounting processes
• Provide financial analysis for cost reduction
• Support staffing optimization
• Create financial and cost models
• Analyze data and perform ad hoc analysis
• Analyze trends and formulate projections
• Develop financial reporting and budgeting
• Provide insights into variances and trends
• Educate and partner with site leadership
• Build scalable financial processes and metrics

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or data management using an ERP system
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Korean Bilingual required
