Job Description

The Strategic Planning Analyst drives strategic planning and execution, developing and coordinating business strategies aligned with company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and is an English/Korean bilingual position.

Responsibilities

• Support development of strategic and business plans
• Track and evaluate progress against strategic goals
• Summarize business issues and strategic updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports
• Derive strategic insights from business data
• Identify customer and operational pain points
• Support coordination of strategic projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, strategy, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or project management
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Bilingual in English and Korean
