The Field Service Network Planning Manager drives the strategic development and optimization of LG’s nationwide field service network. This role leads a team that analyzes data to enhance service coverage, operational efficiency, and customer experience, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term network strategies
• Oversee analysis of U.S. field service data
• Establish methodologies and performance metrics
• Develop strategic network plans

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 5+ years of experience in service network planning
• Proven ability to lead analytical teams
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools
• Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
