Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide exceptional customer service by diagnosing and repairing major appliances, TVs, and A/C units in customers' homes within the Boise and Eagle, ID metro areas. Technicians will represent the company professionally and manage administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations for maintenance and repair
• Use safety equipment and diagnostic tools
• Diagnose and repair electronics and appliances
• Document findings and repair/replace parts
• Process paperwork and data entry
• Pre-screen service calls
• Meet company metrics

Requirements

• 1+ year technical experience (Field Service preferred)
• Appliance repair experience
• Use of tools and diagnostic equipment
• Troubleshooting and documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain EPA Certification
• Physical ability to bend and lift up to 50 pounds
