Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide exceptional customer service by diagnosing and repairing major appliances, TVs, and A/C units in customers' homes. The technician will be responsible for managing inventory, performing administrative tasks, and representing the company with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations for maintenance and repair
• Use safety equipment and diagnostic tools
• Diagnose and repair electronics and appliances
• Document findings and repair/replace parts
• Process paperwork and data entry
• Pre-screen service calls
• Meet company metrics

Requirements

• 1+ year technical experience (Field Service preferred)
• Experience repairing major appliances
• Experience using tools and diagnostic equipment
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain EPA Certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
