Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience by servicing products in the home. The technician will diagnose and repair major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, manage inventory, and perform administrative tasks. This position requires coverage in a larger market area including Tequesta Beach, WPB, Lake Worth, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, and Port St. Lucie.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations for maintenance and repair
• Use safety equipment and diagnostic tools
• Diagnose and repair electronics and appliances
• Document findings and repair/replace parts
• Process paperwork and data entry
• Pre-screen service calls
• Meet company metrics (customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year technical experience (Field Service preferred)
• Experience repairing major appliances
• Experience using tools and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and document issues
• Valid Driver’s license
• Ability to obtain EPA Certification
• Meet physical requirements (bending, lifting up to 50 pounds)
