Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Field Service Technician to deliver exceptional customer experience by servicing products in customers' homes. This role involves diagnosing and repairing major appliances, TVs, and A/C units, managing inventory, and performing administrative tasks while representing the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations for maintenance and repair
• Use safety equipment and diagnostic tools
• Diagnose and repair electronics and home appliances
• Document findings and make repair/replacement decisions
• Process paperwork and data entry accurately
• Pre-screen service calls
• Meet company metrics for customer satisfaction and performance

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in appliance technical role
• Experience repairing major appliances preferred
• Experience using tools and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair products
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain EPA Certification
• Meet physical requirements including bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
