Job Description

The Senior Manager of Consumer Insights will lead a team and deliver data-driven insights to support the Home Appliance business unit. This role integrates traditional research with modern analytics, including NLP and AI, to inform business strategy and customer initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support an insights team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field; Master’s preferred
  • 7+ years of market research or consumer insights experience
  • Deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
  • Experience with NLP, text analytics, and social listening
  • Fluency in tools like SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, Tableau
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
