LG Electronics is seeking a strategic and organized Digital and Ecommerce Strategy & Operational Planning Team Leader to act as Chief of Staff to the VP of DXP. This role will drive alignment, prioritization, and execution across digital and ecommerce initiatives, focusing on strategic planning, operational governance, performance reporting, and special projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning processes
• Translate objectives into roadmaps
• Partner with cross-functional leaders
• Manage business rhythms
• Prepare executive presentations
• Act as advisor to VP
• Monitor KPIs
• Develop dashboards
• Lead high-impact projects
• Drive process optimization

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital commerce or related field
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Experience with senior executives
• Strong strategic and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in planning and analysis tools
