Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Manager to support analytics initiatives and elevate data storytelling across their digital ecosystem. This role focuses on translating complex data into actionable insights for leadership, merchandising, marketing, and product teams, driving growth and optimizations of the website experience through advanced analytics and clear communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop insights on website user behavior and media performance
  • Lead advanced analyses (conversion optimization, funnel analysis, attribution modeling)
  • Develop and present reports on key metrics
  • Operationalize multi-touch attribution and incrementality testing
  • Conduct strategic analyses to measure ROI of site enhancements
  • Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards
  • Identify website optimization opportunities
  • Leverage advanced analytics techniques
  • Build Tableau dashboards for stakeholders
  • Conduct competitive analysis
  • Translate analytical findings into executive summaries
  • Train and support team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics (ecommerce/media)
  • Experience with statistical modeling
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Proficiency in media platforms (DV360, SA360, Meta, CM360, Google Ads)
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Working experience with Python or R
  • Advanced Tableau proficiency
  • Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
  • Experience in testing/experimental concepts
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to operationalize insights
  • Exceptional storytelling skills
