LG Electronics is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior E-commerce Merchandising & Operations Manager to drive the overall strategy, planning, and execution of merchandising and operations for the Home Appliances Kitchen categories on their D2C channels. This role focuses on optimizing the online shopping experience for conversion and revenue growth through data-driven merchandising and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategy
• Drive eCommerce sales through marketing programs
• Align online merchandising with company goals
• Optimize product placement and categorization
• Collaborate with Business Units
• Design and execute online promotional campaigns
• Develop sales strategies for seasonal programs
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness
• Maintain operational trackers and calendars
• Drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance with eCommerce policies
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior
• Make data-driven decisions for product assortments
• Monitor KPIs and enhance conversion rates
• Improve the path to purchase journey
• Utilize data insights to improve user experience
• Run test and learn initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in online merchandising
• Strong business acumen
• Knowledge of eCommerce best practices
• Familiarity with SEO and A/B testing
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento)
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Tableau
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
