Job Description

The Senior E-Commerce MOR/SOR Operations Manager leads the strategic and operational management of LG’s MOR/SOR platforms, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of post-purchase processes across eCommerce and sales operations. This role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and cross-functional alignment to drive continuous improvements within the digital commerce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead MOR/SOR product lifecycle
• Oversee system architecture and monitoring
• Drive strategy for AR/AP/GL financial modules
• Oversee fraud prevention workflows
• Oversee refund and order adjustment processes
• Lead resolution of operational exceptions
• Lead data validation and reconciliation
• Design and refine business processes
• Strengthen back-office operations
• Serve as liaison for Finance, Accounting, and vendors
• Manage partnerships with Payment Service Providers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 10+ years of experience in eCommerce operations
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Expertise in MOR/SOR processes
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis
• Ability to lead cross-functional programs
• Strong understanding of fraud governance
• Experience managing product roadmaps
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
