Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Director to lead their performance marketing and demand generation efforts for eCommerce. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth, managing customer audience strategy, and overseeing digital marketing platforms with a focus on maximizing ROI.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing/demand generation strategy
• Manage customer audience strategy
• Lead execution of integrated marketing campaigns
• Drive performance marketing initiatives
• Leverage Programmatic DCO
• Utilize Product Listing Ads

Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in marketing with focus on performance marketing
• 5+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity
• Experience managing PLA's and PMAX
• Experience driving direct D2C ecommerce revenue
• History of driving growth with demand generation campaigns
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
