Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead planning and performance strategy across key paid media channels. This onsite role in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, will focus on shaping media strategy, aligning with business goals, and translating performance into actionable insights, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the media activation team.

Responsibilities

• Define and align performance KPIs across paid media channels
• Lead forecasting of paid media performance and expected sales impact
• Create audience targeting strategies leveraging 1P and 3P data
• Lead performance reporting with actionable recommendations
• Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and the media activation team
• Serve as the internal client for the media agency

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance media strategy
• Proven ability to drive media strategy across multiple paid channels
• Strong understanding of business and operational media dynamics
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships
• Fluent in media measurement and performance storytelling
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
