Job Description

The Customer Care Specialist handles inbound inquiries regarding LG Air Conditioning Technologies’ products and services via telephone, e-mail, and live chat, utilizing platforms like Amazon Connect, ACD, and Salesforce to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive support.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer issues rapidly and thoroughly
  • Respond to B2B inquiries regarding product and shipping status
  • Coordinate with internal departments and escalate issues
  • Guide customers through basic troubleshooting
  • Document customer cases in Salesforce
  • Provide equipment operation assistance
  • Update customer records
  • Assist with access to LG ACT’s Learning Management System
  • Adhere to departmental KPIs
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities

Requirements

  • High school diploma plus 2 years of customer service contact center experience
  • HVAC or technical support experience is a plus
  • HVAC technology certificate or diploma is a plus
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute
  • Effective communication skills in English, Spanish is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with a softphone in an ACD platform
  • Experience with CRM software, Salesforce is a plus
  • Patient and calm demeanor
