Job Description

The Gas Combustion Lab Technician supports the testing and evaluation of gas-fired heating products at the LHA Electronics North America Alpharetta R&D Lab. This role assists with product setup, test execution, data collection, and lab organization to ensure accurate validation of performance, safety, and reliability for development and certification activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and testing gas heating products
• Operate test equipment and follow test procedures
• Collect and organize test data
• Support preparation for certification testing
• Maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment
• Perform basic maintenance on test fixtures
• Assist in building or modifying test setups
• Document test activity accurately

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of hands-on experience testing gas heating equipment
• Familiarity with combustion concepts
• Ability to work with tools and read diagrams
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Teamwork skills
