Job Description

The Senior Account Manager – Contractor Development Manager will drive LG’s HVAC business growth by developing contractor networks, managing distribution partnerships, and driving dealer engagement through training and program execution. This role involves sales strategy, territory management, and fostering strong relationships with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage LG Pro Dealers
  • Design and deliver business and technical training programs
  • Improve onboarding processes and track contractor performance
  • Develop and execute sales plans
  • Support distribution partners with marketing and training
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies
  • Foster relationships with distributors and internal teams
  • Represent LG at industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in HVAC sales or contractor development
  • Experience managing distributor and dealer networks
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage a multi-state territory with up to 60-70% travel
  • Highly organized and adaptable
