Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Account Manager to develop and support wholesale distribution targets in the Northwest U.S. This role involves building key relationships with distributors, contractors, and industry associations, executing sales and marketing plans, and providing industry insights to drive business growth within the HVAC channel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage LG Pro Dealer program
  • Facilitate training for contractors and distributors
  • Execute sales plans and KPIs
  • Create sales plans for revenue and unit targets
  • Participate in go-to-market strategy
  • Monitor pipeline trends and provide reports
  • Support product forecasting
  • Manage channel inventory
  • Optimize marketing activities
  • Manage administrative tasks
  • Leverage business and technical acumen
  • Cultivate commercial initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Provide competitor intelligence
  • Build customer relationships
  • Represent LG at industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree +7 years of sales experience
  • Experience managing manufacturer rep firms and distributor territory managers
  • Proficient time management skills
  • Familiarity with HVAC industry
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Solid business acumen
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel 60-70%
  • Public speaking skills
