LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer to lead engaging training programs on LG air conditioning systems at a new HVAC training academy in Schaumburg, Illinois. The role involves designing and delivering training on installation, service, and application of LG products, managing the training academy, and ensuring technicians are prepared to serve customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging training programs
• Design and deliver training sessions on installation, service, and application
• Manage the Schaumburg, IL Training Academy
• Maintain facility, equipment, and resources
• Evaluate trainee growth
• Execute training support strategies
• Align training initiatives with department goals

Requirements

• Vocational Diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in HVAC or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in HVAC technical training or content development
• 3-5 years’ hands-on experience with VRF and RLC systems
• Proven expertise in facilitating technical training
• Strong technical knowledge of LG HVAC products
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
