Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a National Academy and Training Manager to lead technical training efforts for the Air Conditioning Technologies division. This role involves leading content development, overseeing six LG ACT Academies, managing the Learning Management System, and ensuring training meets KPIs to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage LG ACT Academy staff and Technical Content development team
• Oversee technical training curriculum
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of training activity
• Launch and manage Customer Centers in remote academies
• Manage Academy facilities and equipment
• Develop innovative training classes and tools
• Support Associate Academies
• Partner with internal and external departments
• Align training with business objectives
• Lead projects for future Training Academies
• Coordinate training schedules
• Track training usage and effectiveness
• Identify field issues and provide training solutions
• Manage LMS content and activities

Requirements

• 7+ years of successful technical training experience in HVAC
• Experience developing training materials and curriculum
• Prior experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Strong math and analytics skills
• Detail orientation and organization skills
• Collaborative problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
