Job Description

The Technical Content Developer at LG Air Conditioning Technologies is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining high-quality technical training materials for internal and external training initiatives. This role involves translating complex technical information about LG HVAC systems into clear and engaging learning content.

Responsibilities

• Review and edit existing training courses
• Develop technical training materials
• Collaborate with engineers and technical teams
• Define project scope and learning objectives
• Conduct research on HVAC topics
• Stay informed of emerging HVAC technologies
• Manage multiple training projects
• Identify and escalate development challenges
• Foster relationships with internal business units
• Perform audience analyses
• Track development metrics
• Support continuous improvement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 5 years of experience in technical content development or instructional design
• Understanding of HVAC systems
• Proficiency in authoring and eLearning software
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
• Ability to interpret technical documentation
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
