LG Electronics is seeking a results-oriented Bilingual Senior Manager of PP&T to lead revenue growth and profitability through strategic management of pricing, promotional activities, and trade spend. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product Management.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ROI pre-assessment
• Develop and execute pricing strategies
• Analyze market trends and competitive pricing
• Develop and implement promotional strategies
• Monitor and evaluate promotional performance
• Develop trade strategies and plans
• Optimize trade spending
• Present pricing analysis to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
• Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in pricing, promotion management, or trade optimization
• Understanding of pricing strategies
• Experience with analytical tools
• Project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Korean and English fluency required
• Experience with data warehousing systems
