Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Regional Director of Sales for the Builder Channel in the Midwest region. This role focuses on expanding market share within the home building industry, leading a team of sales managers, and developing relationships with national builders and distributors. The position is remote and requires significant travel within the region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies and tactics
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Present business proposals and negotiate pricing
  • Provide accurate volume forecasting
  • Educate customers on LG products
  • Manage and mentor a team
  • Travel throughout the region
  • Support national builder trade shows

Requirements

  • 12+ years of sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • Appliance and Builder industry experience
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills
  • Ability to apply thought leadership in Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance
  • GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
