LG Electronics is seeking a Media Creation Analyst to create engaging video content for LG Home Appliance Solutions, focusing on enhancing the customer experience through informative and effective support videos. The role involves planning, filming, editing, and publishing videos, collaborating with various teams to address customer pain points and improve content quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, film, edit, and produce customer support videos
• Collaborate with Marketing to upload videos to public platforms
• Partner with R&D to identify and address appliance pain points
• Communicate daily with leads/manager and participate in regular meetings

Requirements

• Bachelor's or associate's degree with 3+ years’ experience in Video/Cinematography
• Knowledge in pre/on-set/post production
• Understanding of media creation, publishing, and 3D animation
• Expertise in consumer behavior research
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
