LG Electronics is seeking an Interactive Board Training Specialist to join their B2B Sales team. This remote role involves delivering training, building customer relationships, providing pre- and post-sales support, and identifying customer needs to promote LG education solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide training via webinars and demonstrations
• Build relationships with customers and support implementation
• Provide pre-sales support to LG sales teams
• Deliver professional development and ongoing support
• Provide post-sales troubleshooting and resources
• Maintain communication with sales management
• Participate in customer engagement events
• Identify customer needs through solution-based selling
• Coordinate with principals and district staff
• Stay updated on technology trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of lead teaching experience
• Google for Education certified
• Microsoft for Education certified preferred
• Valid Teacher Certification preferred
• Interactive Flat Panel experience
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Understanding of pedagogy and educational technology
• Knowledge of research-based teaching approaches
• Results driven and organized
• Ability to travel as needed
