Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking an Interactive Board Training Specialist to join their B2B Sales team. This remote position, based in North Carolina or South Carolina, will involve delivering training, building customer relationships, providing pre-sales support, and staying current with education technology trends.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide training via webinars and demonstrations
• Build relationships with customers and support implementation
• Provide pre-sales support to LG sales teams
• Provide professional development and ongoing support
• Provide post-sales support and troubleshooting
• Maintain communication with sales management
• Participate in customer engagement events
• Identify customer needs through solution-based selling
• Coordinate with principals and district staff
• Stay up to date on technology trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of lead teaching experience
• Google for Education certified
• Microsoft for Education certified preferred
• Valid Teacher Certification preferred
• Interactive Flat Panel experience
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Understanding of pedagogy and educational technology
• Knowledge of research-based teaching approaches
• Results driven and well organized
• Ability to travel as needed
