Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise-level networking and information security related to their digital signage hardware and software. This role involves interfacing with customer IT teams, leading system integrations, and developing secure solutions for various industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead networking and security integration
• Recommend security policies to customers
• Author system and software requirements
• Assist with debugging and resolving security issues
• Discover new solutions and drive proof-of-concept
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and R&D
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Generate proposals and presentations
• Support sales team with implementation
• Perform SWOT analysis
• Support onboarding, demos, and trainings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field
• 5+ years of experience in network design/architecture
• Experience with IAM, PKI, SSO, EDR/XDR
• Understanding of networking protocols
• Ability to debug networking issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally
