Job Description

The Solution Architect will support the technical design, engineering accuracy, and documentation for LG’s audio-visual and digital display projects, collaborating with various teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and align with LG’s technical expectations. This role focuses on system design, documentation, and project execution, offering an opportunity to deepen technical expertise in AV and digital media solutions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-sales system design and SOW drafting
• Produce detailed AV and DVLED system documents
• Collaborate on cost estimation
• Prepare technical documentation
• Serve as a technical contributor to project teams
• Participate in client discussions
• Support responses to RFPs and RFQs
• Contribute to solution development
• Stay informed on evolving AV technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
• 3–5+ years of experience in commercial AV system design and integration
• Ability to interpret technical requirements and create design drawings
• Familiarity with cost estimation
• Knowledge of AV industry standards
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Visio, or SketchUp
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage workload and maintain documentation
• CTS, CTS-I, or CTS-D certification preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50%
