LG Electronics is seeking a Solutions Engineer II to lead the design, validation, and presentation of advanced display and system integration solutions for enterprise and commercial customers. This role involves partnering with sales, product, and integration partners to deliver cutting-edge visual experiences across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Attend key sales meetings and answer technical questions
• Design solutions from pre- to post-sales
• Lead product demos and solution comparisons
• Collaborate with LG teams to deliver customer experiences
• Manage trade shows and live demos
• Conduct on-site evaluations
• Capture Voice of Customer insights
• Provide training to integration partners
• Offer technical support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• CTS certification preferred
• 5+ years in technical product/solution sales (AV, DVLED, displays)
• Ability to decode integration drawings
• Deep expertise in A/V and IT technologies
• Familiarity with CMS and LG SuperSign
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven troubleshooting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel
