Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Bilingual Manager to lead strategic marketing, sales enablement, and revenue management for their IT B2B business. This role focuses on end-to-end revenue generation, sales communication, PO management, and profitability control, coordinating with customers, resellers, distributors, and internal teams to optimize sales performance. The position requires a strong background in IT B2B marketing, channel strategy, and sales operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B go-to-market strategies
  • Strengthen brand positioning and messaging
  • Analyze market trends and optimize marketing efforts
  • Drive end-to-end revenue generation
  • Manage PO processing and sales coordination
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Manage partner marketing programs and MDF allocation
  • Oversee product launch activities and sales enablement
  • Develop and execute B2B sales programs and pricing strategies
  • Manage PO approvals, inventory alignment, and operational processes
  • Oversee pipeline management and revenue realization
  • Monitor sales performance and profitability

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B IT marketing, channel sales, or product marketing
  • Experience in sales communication, PO management, and revenue tracking
  • Strong B2B IT marketing expertise
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/Marketing Automation tools
  • Ability to travel up to 30-40%
