Job Description

The North America Internal Audit Team is responsible for upholding and ensuring compliance with LG Electronics’ Jeong-Do Management principle by reviewing internal controls, identifying risks, and driving continuous improvement. The Internal Audit Manager will perform audits, investigations, and reviews across North American subsidiaries, requiring strong ethics, system skills, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform cyclical, special, and thematic audits
• Review ethics, compliance, and internal control systems
• Develop and implement improvement plans
• Report audit findings to senior management
• Conduct investigations into misconduct
• Plan and deliver Jeong-Do Management training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Sophisticated knowledge of GERP
