Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a bilingual (English/Korean) Associate Customer Claims Analyst to manage customer claims, apply account credits, and analyze claim trends. The role involves validating documentation, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely payment processing while adhering to high ethical standards and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Apply account credits and payment on customer claims
  • Review account reconciliation results and analyze claim trends
  • Identify and escalate transaction discrepancies
  • Validate claim amounts by matching documentation
  • Manage full responsibility for customer claims payment
  • Analyze monthly/quarterly/yearly claim trends
  • Reconcile, analyze, and monitor claims
  • Provide written communication and reporting
  • Check credit memo eligibility
  • Process daily claims from various departments
  • Research claim history and interpret documentation
  • Communicate internally/externally to resolve issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
  • Good written/communication/reporting skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to reconcile, analyze, and monitor claims
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Willingness to work overtime if needed
