Job Description

This role acts as a technical and operational liaison between LG Electronics and its customer companies, managing information flow, facilitating knowledge transfer, and providing technical support for LG's equipment and controls. The manager will also oversee aftermarket processes, manage a team of field technical specialists, and ensure timely resolution of field issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage PRI's project site operations
• Manage day to day activities of customer companies
• Develop and implement process improvements
• Manage technical knowledge sharing
• Develop field technical specialists
• Provide technical guidance and problem resolution
• Serve as a technical liaison
• Manage information flow and knowledge transfer
• Analyze production data and prepare reports
• Manage Installation & Service Manual Validation Process

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in automation, technical support, or site management
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to troubleshoot service issues
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information
• Proficient computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
