Job Description

This role acts as a technical and operational liaison between LG Electronics and its customer companies, managing information flow, facilitating knowledge transfer, and providing technical support for LG's equipment and controls. The position involves managing field operations, mentoring technical specialists, and coordinating with HQ personnel to resolve field issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years experience in automation, technical support, or site management
  • Bilingual in English and Korean
