Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior Manager to lead PSI demand planning for Builder Operations. This role involves analyzing demand forecasts, managing inventory, leading S&OP meetings, and driving communication with stakeholders to maximize inventory availability and meet performance targets. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Korean and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand forecast and create consensus forecast
• Manage Distribution Center inventory and PSI
• Develop strategies to minimize inventory imbalances
• Lead S&OP meetings and manage inventory
• Run forecast review with stakeholders
• Drive communication with order management, sales, and factories
• Manage KPIs related to forecasting accuracy and inventory
• Run CPFR with customers
• Manage SCM KPIs
• Identify operation issues and corrective action plans
• Develop new formats and processes for CPFR and S&OP

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience in CPFR, SCM, Sales, or Sales Operations
• Builder & Appliance experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators
• Team oriented and proactive
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Aptitude to learn new tools and applications
