Job Description

LG Electronics is seeking a Senior PSI Demand Planner to analyze demand forecasts, manage inventory, and drive communication with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong analytical skills, bilingual proficiency in English and Korean, and experience in CPFR and SCM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand forecast and create consensus forecast
• Manage Distribution Center inventory and PSI
• Communicate with factories and SP
• Run forecast review with stakeholders
• Drive communication with order management, sales, and factories
• Manage KPIs related to forecasting accuracy and inventory
• Run CPFR with customers
• Support SCM KPIs
• Identify process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in CPFR, SCM, Sales, or Sales Operations
• Builder & Appliance experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators
• Team oriented and proactive
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
