Job Description

Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of shipments through the sales cycle, determines shipment requirements based on market demand, and coordinates the efficient movement of demand and supply plans while maintaining business system data integrity and planning inventory availability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance projects, sales forecasts, system updates, and purchasing activities
• Develop consensus forecast based on top down and bottom up forecast
• Make decisions on weekly purchase orders
• Drive communication with order management, sales, customers, and factories
• Update global demand management systems with sales forecasts
• Lead weekly meetings with HQ and factory to review shipment strategy
• Participate in cross-functional efforts to enhance supply chain activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in SCM or related field
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated initiative and multitasking skills
