Job Description

The Legal Fellowship program offers law students and recent graduates an immersive in-house experience focused on Internet law and free knowledge issues. Fellows will work on challenging projects under attorney supervision, contributing to research, drafting, and policy development within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research
• Draft licensing agreements
• Develop internal and external policies
• Attend and participate in meetings
• Collaborate on projects

Requirements

• Interest in free culture, digital rights, and open source
• Strong research background
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent writing skills
• Coursework in internet law, intellectual property, or related fields
