Job Description

The Director of People Transformation will lead strategies to impact the Foundation’s ways of working, supporting its mission and culture. This role focuses on leading People Department systems updates, representing the department in cross-functional projects, and managing the department budget to ensure efficient collaboration and execution.

Responsibilities

• Refresh and innovate HR policies and processes
• Develop and implement performance management processes
• Oversee HRIS implementation and improvements
• Develop and leverage workforce analytics
• Lead annual work scoping and budgeting
• Lead internal improvement initiatives
• Serve as People Team Lead on cross-departmental projects
• Establish and implement change management frameworks
• Lead, develop, and manage the team

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting or project management
• Proven leadership in innovation and strategy implementation
• Expertise in project management
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Experience coaching multicultural teams
• Ability to balance strategic vision with execution
• Familiarity with learning technology platforms
• Strong communication skills
• Commitment to Wikimedia’s values
• Ability and willingness to travel
