Job Description

League is seeking a dynamic VP of Account Management to drive growth through strategic account management and revenue expansion of customer relationships. This role involves nurturing existing relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring customer success. The leader will be part of the Growth Leadership Team and report to the SVP Go-To-Market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans
  • Upsell and cross-sell solutions
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships
  • Serve as the voice of the customer
  • Oversee contract renewals
  • Represent League at industry events
  • Monitor customer health KPIs
  • Measure value realization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in sales/account management leadership
  • Healthcare technology/health plan/provider industry experience
  • Strong team leadership skills
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Strategic account planning and execution skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • CRM platform experience (e.g., Salesforce)
