The role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with engineering and product management, creating prototypes, leveraging data, and mentoring other designers. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating user-centric financial experiences and have expertise in stock and option trading.

Responsibilities

• Understand investing customer needs
• Partner with engineering, data science, and product management
• Create concepts and prototypes
• Listen to users for product strategy
• Leverage data to inform design solutions
• Align UX efforts with strategic direction
• Raise design quality and mentor designers
• Become a subject matter expert in Stock & Option Trading
• Stay on top of industry trends

Requirements

• Experience with Trading
• Expertise in product design, motion, and interaction design
• Experience designing consumer-facing products
• Ability to simplify complex problems
• Understanding of design, product, and engineering collaboration
• Effective communication skills
• Experience generating user insight through research
• Independent work ethic
