Job Description

Wingtra is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to align revenue goals with organizational objectives and build the operational foundation for sustainable growth. This role involves leading a team of 6, driving cross-functional initiatives, optimizing workflows, and leveraging data analytics to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support and guide a remote team
  • Co-develop commercial strategy
  • Align sales, marketing, and customer success operations
  • Build and maintain scalable commercial programs
  • Design and optimize O2C processes
  • Eliminate silos and foster collaboration
  • Establish a unified data infrastructure
  • Provide actionable insights through dashboards
  • Manage and enhance the revenue tech stack
  • Develop and oversee partner enablement strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Economics or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in revenue operations, analytics, or commercial strategy
  • 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B and channel sales
  • Experience in a startup/scale-up environment
  • Proven track record in aligning cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Tech-savvy with business tool architectures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach
