Job Description

Unlimit is seeking a Head of Partnerships to originate, negotiate, and close new commercial acquiring partnerships with banks, PSPs, and other industry players. This role involves building and scaling a global Partnerships team, collaborating cross-functionally, and optimizing performance metrics for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Originate, negotiate, and close new commercial acquiring partnerships
  • Build and execute a structured pipeline of high-value opportunities
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles
  • Build and scale a global Partnerships team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Marketing
  • Own and optimise performance metrics
  • Represent Unlimit at industry events

Requirements

  • 10+ years in senior partnerships, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record of closing major acquiring/commercial partnerships
  • Deep understanding of the acquiring ecosystem
  • Experience building and scaling international teams
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-driven and entrepreneurial
  • Willingness to travel internationally
