Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter with technical positions
• Talent sourcing and recruitment experience in Fintech
• Executive Search experience
• Strong English communication skills (B2-C1)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proactive and flexible mindset
• Willingness to learn
