Job Description

As a Senior Partner Manager, you will drive revenue growth by recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with strategic partners. This quota-carrying role focuses on generating leads and closing revenue through joint go-to-market motions with ISVs, SI/consulting organizations, and other partners, supporting the EMEA sales team from a US East Coast base.

Responsibilities

  • Generate partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Recruit and onboard strategic partners
  • Develop joint business plans
  • Lead co-selling efforts with partners and sales teams
  • Launch joint campaigns and events
  • Maintain CRM data and report on performance
  • Refine partner strategy based on analytics

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5–8 years of partner management or channel sales experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven ability to meet revenue quotas
  • Understanding of indirect sales models
  • Strong sales and prospecting skills
  • Experience with Microsoft and/or SAP ecosystems preferred
  • Must be based in the U.S. East Coast
